About Me

I enjoy working with kids and I find it particularly important to prepare our kids for their upcoming academic and professional paths. Becoming an educator has been my true passion since young age. Being a mother of 4 kids with ages between 3 and 11 years old, I find that teaching has a direct influence on young kids. I hope that I can help and influence my students to become better citizens in the society. Finally, when I am not at school, I enjoy cooking, travelling and spending time with my family. Examples of my extra¬curricular and community service activities include volunteering with Resala charitable organization in Egypt. Specifically, I co¬organized social events for children with special¬needs and their fundraising activities in under¬developed areas in Egypt. At Annur Islamic School I coordinated the St. Jude Math¬A¬Thon fundraiser to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I volunteered in the Talent Competition organized by Helping Hand for Relief and Development to benefit Global Orphans Sponsorship Program.
