About Me

The year 2019 marks my 20th year of working with Annur Islamic School! Seeing the natural growth at AIS is like the birth of a baby who starts crawling then wobbling, walking steadily then advancing, competing and accomplishing. Enrollment is continuously on the rise and AIS needs to expand. Though the resources at AIS are limited but the continuous effort of the staff to help our young leaders excel and achieve success is unlimited and remarkable. Their sincerity and dedication prove that they are here for the outcome not the income. My humble goal as a teacher and counselor at AIS is to help the young leaders at AIS develop a strong Muslim identity based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah of Rasulullah (SAW) and always be conscious of Allah in their daily lives in order to overcome the challenges and struggles of life and earn the pleasure of Allah and His highest reward, Jannatul ­Firdaws. Teaching and counseling for me are very fulfilling and rewarding especially when I see a positive change in a student who is really struggling.
